We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven new team member with an eye for detail for our
Singapore showroom

The Sales Support person is often the first point of contact and therefore sets an impression of Stylecraft to the industry and public. The role is pivotal in the mechanics of the Sales Team and assists the organisation in achieving their targets. The role encompasses but is not limited to the following:


- Operate and manage the phone system.
- "Meet and Greet" all visitors to the Showroom and assist or refer to others accordingly.
- To compile and send weekly/monthly reports to the accounts department – alcohol, receipts, workplace inspections.
- Manage all internal and external mail, inbound and outbound couriers.   
- To be well groomed and appropriately attired at all times


- Support your Manager with administration duties as required.
- Assist the sales team with all internal processes; quoting, order confirmations, ordering, scheduling, tendering.
- Compile or sending of Data Sheets, Navision Images and/or technical specifications.
- Compile and/or amend Care and Maintenance Manuals (OMM).
- Formatting or uploading Navision images.
- Caretaker role of clients when reps are away.


- Maintain cleanliness of showroom and facilities daily.
- Ensure the showroom is kept in a presentable and organized manner.
- Maintain/Update resource library.
- Maintain showroom and ensure all samples are in top condition for client presentations and sales. Arrange repair, replacement or cleaning as required.
- Maintain brochures/finishes from overseas and local suppliers.


- Coordinate showroom events and functions. Including organizing; catering, hiring of equipment, set-up, cleaning and packing away.  
- Attend and contribute to showroom presentations, showroom events, client entertainment and industry events.


- Compile and send out Deposit Invoices and Balance Invoices to client.
- Manage Singapore receivables and collections.
- Manage Singapore Payables.
- Work closely with the Australian accounts department.
