The Latest from Tacchini

Among the ruins of a Roman villa, discover new designs by David/Nicolas, Karen Chekerdjian and Gordan Guillaumier, as well as design classics by Tobia Scarpa and Gastone Rinaldi.

Design Classics

Designed in 1970 by Gastone Rinaldi, the new edition of Orsola stays true to its original spirit but features a latest-generation covering, supported by a rounded chrome metal frame, that gives it an even more inviting look. The sofa and armchairs are handcrafted by master upholsterers just like they were fifty years ago – using up-to-date techniques. Tobia Scarpa’s graduation project at the University of Venice in 1959, this is the first product ever designed by the Italian architect. Tacchini’s exclusive re-edition of Pigreco is an unparalleled piece of cult design. It conveys a sense of lightness in a series of interplaying forms that express the elegance of the ratio hidden behind minimal, durable lines; as avant-garde now as it was over sixty years ago.

New from Tacchini

Solid and unmovable like the monuments of ancient civilisations, Togrul’s sculptural base is the perfect synthesis of energy and solidity. Togrul is characterised by the choice of materials and the imposing shape of its base. Voluminous and substantial proportions are combined with fine cabinet-making in the Elephant chair by Lebanese designer Karen Chekerdjian. Lebanese design duo David/Nicolas introduce Victoria; a modular system comprising armchairs, corner sofas, chaise lounges and ottomans offering luxurious comfort.  A tubular supporting frame – available in polished chrome, matte black chrome and black lacquer – serves as the product’s base, giving it a floating appearance and creating a crown motif to the rear view. A series of small tables with a textured top completes the collection.

The latest from Prostoria

Croatian brand Prostoria are renowned for their expressive passion for creating furniture that is unique; challenging form & tradition. The design of Kontrapunkt explores the possibility of creating an alternative to the traditional recliner armchair typology. The goal was to integrate the armchair and chaise lounge into one compact visually light object. Knif is a modular shelving system which caters for customised solutions and diverse user needs in various concepts of interior design. The system provides numerous combinations of heights and widths that can be upgraded over time. Tinker is a system of elegant tables of different heights that can be used individually or in a nested group. The Tinker low table is available in glass, timber or stone top, with the signature metal structural base of the Tinker collection.

The latest from Verzelloni

The Davos lounge is typified by soft  lines and an elegant design. The range includes four sofas and two ottomans with the backrest allowing the sofa to be a place of refuge, in the home or office.
