We Are Hiring – Marketing Manager (12 Month Contract VIC)
Stylecraft is seeking a highly driven Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month parental leave contract in our Melbourne showroom.

Reporting to the Brand Director, the role is pivotal in the portrayal of our brand within the Architectural and Interior Design community. In association with our Product & Marketing team, the Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation and execution of Stylecraft marketing campaigns and initiatives.
In this role, you will contribute to a dynamic, creative environment within the Melbourne-based Brand team, while collaborating closely with the broader national Stylecraft team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the development, planning and execution of Marketing campaigns and events.
- Provide guidance and leadership to two direct reports within the Marketing team.
- Manage the annual Marketing Budget ensuring allowance is made for campaigns, initiatives and showroom expenses.
- Plan and drive the execution of Marketing collateral across digital and print, ensuring consistency across multiple communication channels, including briefing the Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Coordinator.
- Ensure the visual language and messaging adheres to Stylecraft and StylecraftHOME brand guidelines.
- Work with the Brand Director and Managing Director to develop Marketing strategy. Implement across print advertising and digital landscape.
- Work closely with the broader Stylecraft team, Product team and Marketing Coordinator to plan and execute in-house events.
- Work with the Product team to plan and direct product launches.
- Direct company website updates, social media and digital campaigns.
- Liaise with Marketing Coordinator to ensure Stylecraft brands are represented across relevant media and PR.
