As the voice for builders and the construction industry, the fit-out of the Masters Builders headquarters in Brisbane was required to convey their rich history, passion for built form and enable a connection between Master Builder team members.
Designed by Ellivo Architects, the refresh of their current space includes a reference to the heritage of Masters Builders and the materials they have worked with over time, by utilising traditional materials in the space, such as timber, copper, steel and brass.
To create increased conversation between teams, breakout spaces were centralised and multipurpose rooms made available for Master Builder member events. A waiting area features Nube armchairs by Stua alongside Cell tables by Keith Melbourne, with a kitchen area featuring Duna 02 sled chairs by Arper and Stylus tables by Stylecraft. Australian designed and manufactured ranges were included in the interior with the selection of a Softscape lounge by LEN, combined with a Lamina table by Keith Melbourne in a meeting area.
