We are proud to announce that Stylecraft now has a fully certified Integrated Management System (IMS) in place, including certification for ISO 9001:2015 (Quality), ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental).

 

The IMS process involved a rigorous evaluation process with input from all areas of the business and will ensure continuous improvement for Stylecraft, benefiting both Stylecraft staff, our clients and stakeholders. It will continue to evolve, helping Stylecraft improve our operations, manage risk and demonstrate our commitment to continuous improvement.

Having three systems in place means that all our policies, procedures and processes are together in one complete framework, enabling us to work as one single unit across Australia & Singapore. This will enable us to further strengthen our commitment to clients and our company quality policies. The certifications cover all Australia and Singapore showrooms, as well as the Sydney & Melbourne warehouses.
