Stylecraft has been providing furniture of original, contemporary design for 70 years. Â First established in Melbourne, Australia in 1953 by Peter De Crespingy primarily as a commercial workstation provider, Stylecraft first expanded into Sydney before embarking on a national presence. Showrooms in Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide and Perth followed, together with the expansion into Asia, with a showroom in Singapore opening in 2008.
Stylecraft now owned by Anthony Collins since 2003, currently has 9 showrooms in Australia and Asia, with over 20 exclusive Australian and international brands.
We are passionate about original design, investing in brands and people who share this passion.
Our approach over 70 years has been simple: we create showrooms that designers love to spend time in and fill them with people who make it an enjoyable experience. We have also focused on upholding contemporary design principles, quality manufacturing, professional service, and active collaboration with the global design community.
We are proud of our commitment to both our Australian and international brands along with the relationships and trust we have developed over the many decades in the design industry. Developing and nurturing design talent in Australia has been at the core of Stylecraft for over 20 years. Not only are we committed to Australian design and the growth of local talent, we are committed to working with local manufacturers, craftsman and artisans.
