A Renewed Commitment to Sustainability
In line with Arper’s and Stylecraft’s commitment to quality and sustainability, we are pleased to announce the recertification of popular Arper furniture collections.
The recertification covers many of Arper’s iconic ranges such as Catifa, Duna, Aava, Cila and more. GECA certification is an assurance that furniture meets high environmental, health, and social standards and recertification is part of a larger initiative to ensure our collections align with environmental objectives and industry best practices.
Founded in 1989, in Monastier di Treviso, Italy, Arper is a family-owned global design brand that envisions products for the way we live and work. Stylecraft is proud to be Arper’s exclusive Australian partner since 2000. Sustainability is central to Arper’s design process, from material sourcing to production. Stylecraft upholds this commitment by providing solutions that encourage refurbishing and extend the lifespan of products, helping to reduce waste and enhance longevity.

Sustainability with Arper
Sustainability with Arper
For Arper, what is produced has always been as important as how it is produced. The company’s ambition to become a leading example of responsible business drives their progress across three sustainability pillars: improving the quality and well-being of people, transitioning to a circular economy, and reducing environmental impact. For Arper, sustainability in every aspect of design – from material sourcing to production practices and even the use of colour – is not a secondary consideration, but rather a central concern in the creation of every collection.
Arper’s Sustainability Report 2023 emphasises the importance of responsibility, fostering a culture of knowledge and care, redefining beauty with respect for people and the planet, and driving continuous innovation in both processes and products.
