Farewell Flinders Lane
Farewell Flinders Lane
As we edge closer to opening our doors to our new Melbourne home at 379 Collins St, we bid a fond farewell to 145 Flinders Lane.
More than a showroom, 145 Flinders Lane holds many memories of people, parties and celebrations of success.
Since moving from South Melbourne to the Ground & Lower Ground levels of Flinders Lane in 2005, it became the ideal central city location to showcase the collections from our expanding local and international brands. In 2018 we took occupancy of all 5 levels and unveiled the new StylecraftHOME showroom designed by HASSELL and commercial floors over Levels 1, 2 and 3 designed by Geyer.
Over the years, we participated in numerous Saturday Indesigns, hosted product launches, industry events, student & university fundraisers and AFDA announcements. Honouring the building’s days as a nightclub in the 80s and 90s, many parties continued this tradition. A highlight for those lucky enough to be there in 2019 was Boy George DJ’ing our SID After Party!
Thank you to all who contributed to the memories of 145 Flinders Lane. Since opening on La Trobe Street in 1953, Melbourne is where the Stylecraft story began and we look forward to continuing the story at 379 Collins Street.
