Introducing Kinn — a new furniture collection by bangdesign for Stylecraft, created for healthcare, aged care, and shared spaces across commercial and public environments.
Purposefully modest in scale yet generous in comfort, Kinn balances durability and considered simplicity across spaces where people gather, wait, recover, and connect. Designed and manufactured in Australia in response to the specific demands of healthcare, aged care, and commercial environments, the collection brings a warm, approachable presence to waiting rooms, reception areas, lobbies, parents’ spaces and other lounges.

Comprising armchairs, lounges, ottomans, and tables, Kinn is shaped without unnecessary embellishment. Each seating element is defined by clean lines, balanced proportions, and a subtle edge seam that follows its contours, while supportive ergonomics ensure comfort across everyday use. Elevated from the floor on timber or powder-coated legs, the range enhances natural light flow and ease of maintenance.
Kinn has been designed to work as a cohesive setting or as individual pieces within a broader interior. The armchair is available in compact, wide, and high back configurations, with an accompanying footstool available to complete the arrangement. The lounge extends the collection into a more generous format, offered in 2-seater, 2.5-seater, and 3-seater options across low back and high back designs.
The ottoman introduces a more informal seating element to the range, available in two sizes and suited to standalone use or arranged alongside other Kinn pieces.
The Kinn Table rounds out the collection in coffee and side table versions, available in all-timber or powder-coated steel frames with timber or glass tops.
Across every piece, Kinn can be tailored to its environment. Upholstery options include standard, contrast seam detailing, and two-tone fabric finishes, allowing the collection to complement a wide range of interior schemes.
