55 Clarence St

The ground floor lobby of 55 Clarence Street recently underwent a refurbishment, transforming the space into a sophisticated, stylish commercial precinct worthy of its commanding corner address.

Designed by Gray Puksand alongside builders, FDC, the intention was to create a space that acted as a destination within the building rather than a thoroughfare. Each setting within the lobby creates an opportunity to both work, meet and greet through carefully curated pieces with integrated power and technology.

Contemporary finishes feature throughout the space bringing renewed energy and lightness; include luxury textural elements of leather and hand polished bronze.

Australian designed and manufactured ranges Adapt and Noon, by Ross Gardam, and Hoshi, by SKEEHAN, feature in the elegant space, help activate the area, and create a welcoming feeling.
