Project South Beach

Project South Beach Singapore, designed by Lahaus Studio, in collaboration with Templewell was inspired by the desire to connect with one another in the workplace. The design resulted in an immersive fit out that embraces the local rooftop hospitality experience, drawing inspiration from the Downtown Singapore skyline.

With a focus on social and collaborative spaces, one of the breakout areas feature the Julep Lounge designed by Jonas Wagell, and Pluto Coffee Table by Studiopepe, both pieces for Tacchini. Also featured is the Sedis Lounge Chair and Side Table by Australian designer Anne-Claire Petre for acp atelier.

Place Lounge by Ross Gardam takes up a large portion of the common space. Finished in a warm toned leather fabric this lounging system offers the most functional, modular platform to connect, experience and create with one another in an elegantly curved silhouette.

The simple connecting system allows the user to easily configure the lounge to their personal needs. The lounge’s detailed modular configurations support any interior landscape, enabling a creative environment which is intelligent, agile and endlessly intuitive.

Complementing the neutral palette and curved features throughout the workspace, the boardroom features Arper’s Cila Sled Chair. The design of the chair draws inspiration from layers of cloth embracing the body, soft fluid curves and smooth lines create a strong, simple presence.
