Packing assistance: We will have a team member available to assist with packing items into your vehicle. Lounges, chairs, and tables are generally heavy and large to transport. They often require multiple people to load, unload and set up. You will need to have a vehicle large enough to safely take your item home. Bring restraints and padding to safely secure your items – we can’t load your goods if it’s unsafe.
Delivery: We work with a number of third-party delivery services that can assist you with delivery. Please speak to our team.
Collection and delivery guidelines: Please arrange for collection or delivery within 7 days of your purchase. Note that we are unable to store goods beyond this period. Items not collected within 7 days will be donated.
Sales policy: All products will be sold ‘as is’, which means what you see is what you get. Please feel free to ask our team about particulars regarding any piece you may be interested in.
First-come, first-served: All sales are conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to make your decisions promptly to avoid disappointment.
Reserves / Holds: To ensure fairness and efficiency during our Warehouse sale, we do not offer item reservations. All items are available for purchase in-store only and cannot be held for any period prior to the sale.
Payment is required in full on the day of the sale. We accept Cash, Eftpos, Visa and Mastercard credit cards. No cheques. Credit Card payments will attract a 1.5% surcharge.
Debit payments: Credit Card surcharge does not apply to debit card payments. Please insert your card to avoid a 1.5% surcharge.
